In need of Thanksgiving Recipes

I am in desperate need of some yummy recipes for Thanksgiving. I need a recipe for just about everything, stuffing, candied yams, pies......and anything else you can think of. I want to actually make something good this year. I am going out of town and won't be back until Monday so happy weekend everyone and I hope to see some recipes and new posts when I return.

My mom always makes stuffed mushrooms for a appetizer. They are really easy and good. Just get jimmy dean original saugage fry it in a pan then when it is brown add a whole package of cream cheese and heat it up till it is mixed together. Then put the mixture in the mushrooms and bake them for 15-20mins. Don't know how long exactly but just till the mushrooms are brown I guess. Also a good green bean dish. If you are using frozen beans cook them then drain them and keep a little of the water and put it aside. In the pan add 2 tablespoons of butter. Melt it then add a little flour and a beef boulion cube. Then add the water you saved and the beans and warm it up. You can also add sliced almonds to it which is really good. Sorry the last one instant exact but I never measure it. Oh and if you use can beans just do the butter and flour stuff before and with the last can you drain leave a little watter in it.
